Casework Advocacy

Our casework advocates are employed by advocacy matters wales to work with an adult with a learning disability on a short term basis. They will support that person to address a particular problem, until the issue has been resolved.

A Casework Advocate might not be able to help the person solve everything,
but they will try and help you as much as possible.
They will make sure that the person is
listened to and respected by the people around them.

When the issue has been resolved the Casework Advocate will finish working with person and they will say goodbye.If there is another issue, the person can always ask for another advocate.
