Anyone can ask for an advocate for a person with a learning disability in Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan, whether it's for themselves or for someone else.
All referrals are confidential so we will not tell anyone who sent us the form.

You can also telephone us to ask for an advocate, or call into the office. We are open Monday – Friday.
